In the app, open Settings and choose Report a problem or Request a feature. You can also email [email protected].
New requests receive a ticket number and an automatic acknowledgement when a reply address is available. Keep the ticket number in your email subject when replying. Acknowledgements may be withheld for automated or unauthenticated messages.
If a course or lesson stops generating, keep the course rather than recreating it. Open its settings, confirm the selected learning agent is available, and retry from the course.
Learnfold can use an available Apple on-device model or a connected Hermes server. Connection status and removal controls are available in Course Settings.
